Job security is the main reason why hindalco is the best place to work.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

There is no salary benefits and no work life balance. You'll only get 1 promotion in 3-4 years minimum and the company culture is the worst. Employees only talk to the people who are higher than them in the hierarchical ladder and treat the juniors with disrespect.

What I like about working at Hindalco Industries is the dynamic environment and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with large-scale projects.
