Hindalco is a very large company at Renukoot, U.P. The company invironment is very good and uses latest technology. Hindalco is a good college for development & job related training.

...s plant is in startup phase hence high work load and less skilled management. 7. Selection process is based on salary range only importance for skilles are minimal 8. Whole plant team need to improve to reach a standard working lifestyle

What I like about working at Hindalco Industries is the dynamic environment and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with large-scale projects. The chance to work on complex electrical systems, such as the 400kV switchyard project, and the ability to collaborate with experienced professionals is really rewarding. Dislikes

There is no salary benefits and no work life balance. You'll only get 1 promotion in 3-4 years minimum and the company culture is the worst. Employees only talk to the people who are higher than them in the hierarchical ladder and treat the juniors with disrespect.
