If you got placement from college campus it is the best company because b.tech fresher are joined in hindalco as a deputy manager if you got job off campus as a sr engg it's also good chance to grow in company your career .

What I like about working at Hindalco Industries is the dynamic environment and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with large-scale projects. The chance to work on complex electrical systems, such as the 400kV switchyard project, and the ability to collaborate with experienced professionals is really rewarding. The supportive management and the focus on skill development through training programs also make it a fulfilling place to grow in my field.
