Very Terrible experience, in pandamic when employees need job security, company hr and management forcing to resigned no salary and only basic pay given to bench employee... Company always good but bad practice and bad management spoils poor employees career

People don't talk about it openly. There are news that on bench are asked to leave with no compensation but there is no way to authenticate it.

The processes are not defined. Activity management is considered ad project management. Organization is against skip level meetings. There is little or no work life balance, the purpose of doing things at times isn't very clear.

In the name of cost cutting and for getting the cost cutting incentive or bonus the managers from top to bottom will provide 6 people in the place of 10 people. All 6 people must work hard. Night day anytime they will expect you to support and invariably you will extend. Work culture is bad. Management is bad

Nothing to like there and it’s just waste of time even to go for an interview

Guys, Please note if you are joining clarify the worse VPA scheme bcoz you will not receive your said in hand salary at the time of interview or salary negotiations. Always ask your in hand salary in VPA 2 Rating bocoz that’s what you will get if the said in hand salary is in VPA 3 kindly get it changed before accepting the offer. No work culture No professionalism No Ethics No Floor decorum No work life balance
