Hi, Good environment to work. Good culture. I enjoyed much to work. Good salary. Nice place to work.

Dislikes

HR policies are not clear. Each and every month they come with new rules for applying allowances. This is completely unfair. Atleast give some clear clarifications. Allowances and conveyance should be consistent. For IMS employees, please provide the allowances and conveyance for 24/7 shifts.

Only work culture is good, and the process they follow is also good, they give great opportunities to learn grow.

Dislikes

Hike is minimalistic, even if the company's is booming with profit still they will You less package and less increments everytime, which is forcing employees to resign and switch

They just want work to get done. So as long as I worked as expected no one bothered me for anything. Even I don't expect anything more than that.

Dislikes

...st performer, it is not counted in appraisals. So what's use of best performing. You can sit quietly and get salary n go home. This is what demotivates emp and they leave rather than downgrading own performance.

They have long term projects which offers good job security. Company culture is alright. They have some good onboarding processes.

Dislikes

Work life balance was a joke. Despite being rated 5/5 consecutively for 2 years, no hike nor any promotions. They really play dirty politics. Senior management favors female candidates more than male candidates. No appreciation for the dedicated work male employees. Zero learning or upskill opportunity other than Udemy courses which will not be considered for any other position unless you have hands on experience.
