..., poor annual appraisal process that takes 6 months to complete the process i.e. you will receive salary hike letters in July-Aug for last Jan- Dec, no transparency in promotion policy, poor perks etc

Work life balance, learning culture and opportunities, skill development. Salary can be negotiated up to your demand while doing hr discussion

Lake of project,no job security, if you complete 3 month on bench they will let you go

... so good and also the work culture doesn't seems in par with other IT companies. Variable pay is also not good.

Nothing is there to like about this company and management.Beware of management are worst here

Salary hike . Manager of USD Investigation team. Keep you blaming for extra work not getting clear. They don't even hold experience in management . They make you work on Saturday for 10 hour without pay and on normal day they make us work for 15 hour . In the name of human they sick brain . .HR doesn't know her work to do .you cannot complain about manager to hr , because they manager are king of that place . Take you decision wisely joining this hexaware bps job . Consider talking to ex employee how the have gone through

People don't talk about it openly. There are news that on bench are asked to leave with no compensation but there is no way to authenticate it.

Dislikes

The processes are not defined. Activity management is considered ad project management. Organization is against skip level meetings. There is little or no work life balance, the purpose of doing things at times isn't very clear.
