Their salary conditions are worst. Every month salary comes low and will be adjusted as arrears the nxt month. HR named Selvakumar Sakthivel. I dont know how he became an HR. He threatens victims of POSH cases. HR like him should be jailed for such criminal mindsets.

Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.

- Poor HR policy. - Unsupportive management or leadership. - Very little salary hike or promotion. - 3 month long notice period. - 45+ days for FNF payment. - Unsupportive HR department.

No work life balance management does not pay heed to employees complaints or efforts . Employees are threatened that they will be sacked from office if task if not completed. No proper training provided. Too much work pressure

Hexaware did not supported at all throughout the pandemic period. Our team members had requested for some benefits in salary as we were told that salary won't be provided as we are not working. But no one listened. Also we were paid an amount of 8000 INR in month of April for supporting us during pandemic period. But later from month of July they also started deducting 2000 INR p.m. as the pandemic period is over. Like seriously!!!! Worst corporate experience ever.

Hexaware management has no bonding between themselves due to which employees are facing many problems.
