Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

Dislikes

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.

- Salary on time. - Moderate work life balance. - Good project team lead

Dislikes

- Poor HR policy. - Unsupportive management or leadership. - Very little salary hike or promotion. - 3 month long notice period. - 45+ days for FNF payment. - Unsupportive HR department.

BPO Sector 1) Policies are not that strict 2) Supporting Environment 3) Shift timings are comparatively better 4) A little Support from management

Dislikes

1) Promotions are less 2) Salary is extremely low even if having a bachelor's degree 3) More work load 4) No hike in salary (Completed more than a year) 5) Less growth in skill sets

Good environment and employee friendly I would like to work here because all my colleagues and managers are supportive. I got a chance to learn new things and grow in my professional as well as personal life.

The most racist low paying. Company that i ever worked for lack of trainning poor management and worst pay ever . no benefits or pto time. dont work here you will hate the people that dont respect you unless your indian.

Hexaware did not supported at all throughout the pandemic period. Our team members had requested for some benefits in salary as we were told that salary won't be provided as we are not working. But no one listened. Also we were paid an amount of 8000 INR in month of April for supporting us during pandemic period. But later from month of July they also started deducting 2000 INR p.m. as the pandemic period is over. Like seriously!!!! Worst corporate experience ever.

Hexaware management has no bonding between themselves due to which employees are facing many problems.
