i like the work environment which provide the employees required facility such as cabs, Open cafeteria. also the work that is to be done does not pressurize us.

Does not provide recognition and sufficient salary hikes to the employees .....

Likes

The process which I worked for has very good points to learn about. Every order's had a different learning skills, also it was great experience working at Hewlett Packard we get many opportunities to come up with new ideas and make the process much more easier to handle we also had CSR ( customer support representative) to guide us in a long run.

Dislikes

...was a lot of stress where do we not find it, but also it was a great experience. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. They also hire on contract basis but a good thing is that they also make them permanent if the employee is eligible to get Permanent.

... to that you will get everything if u say no it's a black one u will be block. Thank god i came out of that company, no incentive no hike,no promotion. Less salary more work there.

only I would like the work life balance and product based company. not like services company have less pressure on the deliverables . Hybrid work .

...ir treatment unless they continually appease the managers to get what they need. Salary discrepancies are prevalent—favored employees receive higher pay for the same work, while others encounter issues during performance reviews and pay hikes. When we ask for work-from-home due to long commutes, we're told to take leave, only to later be criticized for taking too many days off. The inconsistency is frustrating. They also send formal emails for trivial matters, like stepping out to collect a food delivery. Speaking of food, the canteen offers very limited healthy options for night shift workers, with choices like instant noodles and white bread sandwiches, though the cook is good. Hygiene is another concern—there have been instances of worms in the water filters, and some employees do not maintain basic hygiene standards in the washrooms. While badged employees, especially those on their notice period, are often left unchecked for not working, contract workers—especially the quieter ones—face disproportionate scrutiny for minor issues. I'm glad to have left such a toxic environment, where there’s a constant mismatch between what is said and what is actually done.
