...s all departments and lacks accountability in fulfilling their responsibilities. Additionally, the salary structure is poorly managed, with payments consistently delayed every month. I would not recommend anyone to work here, and it is baffling how Henry Harvin has earned the "Great Place to Work" tag.

They cut corners on employee benefits, leaving us with barely enough support when we need it most. Shift swapping was impossible, even in emergencies. Completely heartless!

...f meaningful change. You’ll feel more like a number than a valued employee here. I was asked to take on extra responsibilities without any compensation. The management is exploitative.

If you value your mental health, stay away. The stress here is unbearable and unrelenting. This job will drain your motivation and creativity over time.

.... You never feel secure in your position. The work-life balance is non-existent. Expect to be on call 24/7 with no extra pay. Lacking diversity and inclusion; the atmosphere is unwelcoming to many.

No proper Rules and protocol Is there NO Proper HR Policy,After joining 3 months if you are not able to acheieve 30% average per month there is a PIP group will be created where They will hold 50% of salary ,Every Month-End You have to work 10-11 hours but you will not get extra Money ,every month-end last Sunday also have to work , even you have to work on Diwali day,25'th Dec,31'st december,1'st January, they do not follow International holiday or National holiday properly.Daily Basis 90Mns talktime you have to acheieve other wise your salary will be deducted.You have to give post sell support also there is no proper support team may be student will call you at 9pm ,holiday day, anytime also will ask help regarding the class.After selling the course most of the student they are not getting class properly.No Employee benefits is there they will use you like a Money making machine.Job Guarantee Program is the biggest fraud they are doing with students.Completely boring work after doing 5 to 6 months job you may face mental or physical illness.There is no official function or celebration has been conducted.

The seniors are cooperative and won't bug you like any other sales company they will understand your needs and even in case of leaves will provide.

Dislikes

...is getting strict by the hours. Like no smoking and no food packets after lunch. Also you aren't informed about some policies and get your salary deducted.
