I was promised a competitive salary, but my pay is way below industry standards. There’s a lack of growth opportunities here, and the work feels stagnant. If you want a job that respects your time and effort, look elsewhere. This place doesn’t care. The training videos are overwhelming and poorly structured. I feel trapped in this job with no way out. The pressure to stay in the office is overwhelming.

The company has favorites, and if you're not part of that inner circle, you’re left behind. Training and promotions are reserved for a select few. Clients expect miracles with impossible deadlines, and management does nothing to push back.

.... Communication is poor across all levels, leading to confusion and frustration. I was promised a competitive salary but received an offer much lower than my expectations. Why even interview me? It's a struggle to get basic support or answers to questions.

The technology is outdated and barely functional. They should not call themselves a tech company. Many are afraid to speak up about issues. Employees are treated as if they owe their souls to the company. There’s no appreciation for hard work. There's a pervasive culture of favoritism. If you're not part of the inner circle, you're left out in the cold. Leaders lack the necessary skills and experience. Their poor decisions affect everyone negatively.

Raises are non-existent, even for top performers; it’s disheartening. They expect you to juggle multiple roles without any compensation for the extra work.

Dislikes

A blame game culture where no one takes accountability. Management often belittles employees in front of their peers, creating a toxic atmosphere. New hires are thrown into the deep end without proper training or guidance, leading to high turnover.
