I was hired through a consultancy and only kept for a few months until the project ended. After that, I was let go without any communication.

Terrible management and constant micromanagement. No appreciation for hard work. There’s a culture of fear here. People are afraid to speak up or share their opinions. High turnover rates speak volumes about the work environment. Many good employees have left due to poor management.
