I felt like I was in a never-ending cycle of pointless meetings that led to no real change. Management is out of touch and dismissive of employee concerns. It’s frustrating and demoralizing.

You’ll be pushed into roles that don’t align with your strengths, causing frustration. This place is a nightmare. Micromanagement is out of control.

Dislikes

The atmosphere is always tense, making it hard to focus on work. The work-from-home schedule is a nightmare. I never know if I’m expected to be in the office or not. Prepare for a long wait for any kind of reward. The variable pay is a myth. Lack of communication is a major issue. Important updates are often buried, leaving everyone in the dark.
