Stable job, one can work with co for long term. Good HR policies. Female friendly and safe organisation.

1. Pay structure is poor. The CTC includes the annual bonus. That means for earning your own CTC, one has to earn rating. 2. Nothing great to vouch for, strong in processes only for front line people. HDFC. Salary will br creditrd on time just like other big corporates

Dislikes

No work life balance and respect, tremendous pressure.. Should do work like robot. For managers rules will be bent, for front line employees they will be very rigid with rules. Double standards
