Manager is your god. And manager scold in con call tell fukat ka salary leta hai kya. If you achieve Target then also you will not get increment. Boss gives more priority to girls.

Overall very bad work culture

Work in pressure. Less salary. Late night working. They ask you to go to different branches on different days and they don't even pay charges.
