They need low package employees No scope of growth They don't know how to utilise the employees skills and what ever the skills you have learnt in past every thing will vanished due to non utilisation. If you have good reference you will get good post and salaries The new CEO is very poor in cost optimization Very soon this hdfc ergo will be in loss. The work culture is really good at HDFC ERGO. They take care of their employees and understand the critical situations. There is no pressure on employees and hence they can easily enjoy their personal lives along with the work.
