The work culture is really good at HDFC ERGO. They take care of their employees and understand the critical situations. There is no pressure on employees and hence they can easily enjoy their personal lives along with the work.

Dislikes

The perks and salary could be better. Also they need to upgrade some tech stack.

Team members are excellent.. especially in GC team.All support to new colleagues.

...at amount to be depends on your rating and that is in the hands of the company .There they play the game and they will pay maximum 50% of your variable which is very frustating.So try to focus on fixed pay while joining.Also some HR policies are not good.

Nothing is good except Infrastructure .

...ofessionalism . Employers are manner less plus late sitting and no compensation. Salary is too low and no incentive for extra working . For fresher it is not recommended to join here

- Creat problem when you switch, create relieving issues . - CTC not as per discussion. - 3 month Notice period ,if not done no compensation AND RECOVERY. THANK TWICE BEFORE JOINING. - 5 days on paper but 6 days off record work. BOTHERATION BY MANAGER FOR TARGET TO REJECT CLAIMS.

Nothing so far... See if they can help to improve the appraisal thing 😜 Because whatever good we get as an employee but good increament will always have higher stake in that happiness and shows worthiness to the efforts
