The dislike was the management not look the suffering of employee.some time expolite the employee. After resigning the job than i lots of suffer to find new job becauase of releaving letter. Yet now I find job because of releaving letter which was not in hand of me. They told work on sunday also. The manager not giving support to take leave during sick. He told take tablet and come work .

...ing enviroment and culture. Non supportive team mates.Company policies is worst. Not providing appraisals even not giving hike on salary, no bonus

No Company culture, no benefit and compensation, Job Securities, career Growth an opportunities in this zero, No work satisfation, support of Reporting manager and above is zero.

- Creat problem when you switch, create relieving issues . - CTC not as per discussion. - 3 month Notice period ,if not done no compensation AND RECOVERY. THANK TWICE BEFORE JOINING. - 5 days on paper but 6 days off record work. BOTHERATION BY MANAGER FOR TARGET TO REJECT CLAIMS.

...appy to be part of HDFC Ergo where I can upskill myself along with he work life. Company encourage us to take time off for personal life Management is good Salary and work environment is also good Multiple events helps to avoid boring work life

Nothing so far... See if they can help to improve the appraisal thing 😜 Because whatever good we get as an employee but good increament will always have higher stake in that happiness and shows worthiness to the efforts

They need low package employees No scope of growth They don't know how to utilise the employees skills and what ever the skills you have learnt in past every thing will vanished due to non utilisation. If you have good reference you will get good post and salaries The new CEO is very poor in cost optimization Very soon this hdfc ergo will be in loss. There compititior will grow by taking some advantages. There policies are not employee and customer friendly
