I learned a lot from this company.i developed my skills there is a good working environment but job security is poor.Also there were no growth in career.

Dislikes

Salary is very low as compared to working hours.i have to work 13-15 hours in closing days and sometimes late into night.work pressure is very high.our branch manager do not value an individuals' unique strengths.also they do not support their staff members. there were lack of support from managers.

It's Good place to work. In this company lot of opportunity to increase your career. and support of seniors is too good

Salary growth and career growth is very slow but lot of learing I have got from there do I am happy with HDFC ERGO

hdfc ergo company and also employee of hdfc ergo both are good .ergo help to each and every problem. i have a lot learning of insurance and also provided work environment.ERGO team is also supporting.

...edge benefit only take my boss as sales manager in hdfc ergo.i am B.etch Holder.i am not satisfied this company because of not to provided good salary and also not to provided travel convenience.inside of company lot of politics running.hdfc ergo fall down only reason of senior employee of hdfc ergo.

- Creat problem when you switch, create relieving issues . - CTC not as per discussion. - 3 month Notice period ,if not done no compensation AND RECOVERY. THANK TWICE BEFORE JOINING. - 5 days on paper but 6 days off record work. BOTHERATION BY MANAGER FOR TARGET TO REJECT CLAIMS.

Nothing so far... See if they can help to improve the appraisal thing 😜 Because whatever good we get as an employee but good increament will always have higher stake in that happiness and shows worthiness to the efforts
