What I don't like is that the salary of the old employees Who have been working in this bank for 2-3 years has not been increased by the bank as per the new salary structure. That is, if any new employee joins the bank, he is being paid according to the new salary structure. So I think it is somewhat unfair to the old employees. The new employee does the same work as the old employee. Why the difference in salary?

This is the worst way to start a meeting 3) Low compansation , they give salary so low and make us work like robots 4) Favouritsm, Men are here are only given priority even who doesn't do their work and women are not treated well 5) poor staffing services, only 1 person In lobby Handels customer all other resources are made to go on calls even if the branch is big 6) Late sitting this Bank doesn't have a out time, it's only like you have to come on time ie 9 and if by chance you are 1-2 mins late the senior literally shouts on the person . I mean if person is late and he/she comes running imagine if that person met up with accident

I was working hdfc parivartan project.

Hdfc parivartan project like a labour work. No system right if you have any issue regarding salary, leave, incentives etc. and you call HR department they direct say me i don't know ask your supervisor. When I resign they didn't not give my salary.

Leads will be provided by Branch but at Hyd there is a big ambiguity as Branch have lesser targets for Lending due to Merger and You will not be removed immediately dats the beauty u can continue working but meanwhile u can clear ur Hk Items to be in line . They will remove u just like that. No hire n fire system.

... man army which is wrong. U hav to beg every guy for your work to be completed . Salary satisfaction is minimum.

...working in this company for last 6 years but I have never seen any growth on it. Not in my position nor in my salary . So that I m looking another job. Some time I also fill like that why had I spend my 6 year because here is no any Skill development.
