Hdfc staffs are good....Very friendly..

Salary is very low here....We are old employees ,but our salary is 12000 and the salary of the newly joined employees is 16000.....This is very unfair....If the salary is increased then everything is fine.Because it is not so easy to survive on Rs. 12000 nowadays.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Working Hours (9:30 to 5:30 some time 9:30 to 7:30(occasionally) Work Pressure is very low in debt recovery or collections department if, you compare the same with other companies. Job security
