1: They gives good bonus and that's the only good part of organisation. 2: If you are at higher position then loan benefits is best perk like home loan at 2.5%

1: Favouritism is the worst part 2: HR is like they didn't exist they rarely hear you 3: Management trying to do worst from their end 4: Just like other old organisation they only care about new joinee

Likes

Since last 2 years the company culture has seen an improvement and helped in better work life balance. The facilities and subsided loans are good but only for who want to take one. It provides some work satisfaction as well. Leaves are ample and help in maintaining stability.

Dislikes

Salary for old employees is not upto the mark. This will result in old employees exiting the bank. The appraisals are also not upto the mark. Promotions are only given to some favourites.

Likes

Its a Big Bank and Big Brand. Job security is very high. Process Oriented Bank. Good Place to work and improve skills.

Dislikes

Old employees and new employees salary difference is huge. Good to be at higher Designation but not good to be at lower grades since lot of work and not compensated as per the work. Along with responsibilities does not come hike. No Work-life balance. HR only hears what Boss say. Employees are not heard.

Salary inbalance not even to the market standard. Those who gives 100% and do honest work they don't get what they deserve. I have experienced and seen many of them left because of same. But working with HDFC will be always a good learning experience for rest of your life.

Leads will be provided by Branch but at Hyd there is a big ambiguity as Branch have lesser targets for Lending due to Merger and You will not be removed immediately dats the beauty u can continue working but meanwhile u can clear ur Hk Items to be in line . They will remove u just like that. No hire n fire system.

Dislikes

... man army which is wrong. U hav to beg every guy for your work to be completed . Salary satisfaction is minimum.
