Leads will be provided by Branch but at Hyd there is a big ambiguity as Branch have lesser targets for Lending due to Merger and You will not be removed immediately dats the beauty u can continue working but meanwhile u can clear ur Hk Items to be in line . They will remove u just like that. No hire n fire system.

... man army which is wrong. U hav to beg every guy for your work to be completed . Salary satisfaction is minimum.

Internal Politics, no understand on employee struggles ,no job security, less salary in the market ,always think about bank profits ,no human values ,no caring of employees , no much digitalization comparing to other banks , No leaves ,huge pressure eon every employee for tgts , need huge profits with less man power, No happiness at working with bank .only need of the hour for employees

Pay, salary benefits, appraisals, bonus, transfer to nearest residence even after serving for more than 15 years. No proper response from Supervisor, mentors nad his superiors including HR regarding pay and other seniors.

I like everything except not paying correct salary to the person who is responsible and complete their works even no good ratings

... still not given good rating as they informed me tht they will give good rating.and salary hike but only 1200 increased in my salary nowadays we are not getting anything with 1200 I hope management should understand about the situation of all

**Training on each service or product initiatives. **50-60% business comes because of brand value. ** Unlike poor % salary hikes, bonus amount is better. **Employee Recruitment Bonus(bonus will get apply on only RM,BM,Auth,Bsm,Ch,ZH roles).

*Multiple Concalls and reviews. *Micro monitoring on internal data(mostly useless) contactibility. *Poor appraisal growth(Although bonus is better). *Far distanced branches for male employees. *HR team are close to useless. *Recruitment is always an issue...Hr expects we only need to send candidates.
