Dislikes

1. They demands multiple products to sell at same time. 2. Senior managers are taking very high salary with less productive and ideas and they just do 2-3 hrs concall with staffs every day. 3. Unwanted pressure on so many things.

Likes

Bank was good in sharing bonus and incentives but from last 5-6 years bank is rushing too much. No satisfaction no growth neither growth in career.

Dislikes

...layed and other banks giving appraisal in mostly by April but here done in june. No growth in salary, very much pressure to deliver, no satisfaction of work, too much competition even at senior level. Everyone wants to keep their head. Too many products and bank want each to push without proper training and segregated departments. They just want buisness any how. And culture is going downwards way only.

...y dislike , can't even any positive sign to work in HDFC . Terrible experience . Hidden salary amount or salary amount unclear , no holiday , salary hold at any time without proper reason . HDFC is not thinking 1% for their employees.

The company is moving with current culture and always adopts the new challenges.products are good and also organization is good for people.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. Also no on board training for frshres hence senior employee like me teach step to step and which is painful sometime in terms of own work balance.

Bank is not looking after vintage employees there is huge gap (more than 300%) in Salary structure of same grade of new and old employees which need to be corrected immediately
