Bank was good in sharing bonus and incentives but from last 5-6 years bank is rushing too much. No satisfaction no growth neither growth in career.

...layed and other banks giving appraisal in mostly by April but here done in june. No growth in salary, very much pressure to deliver, no satisfaction of work, too much competition even at senior level. Everyone wants to keep their head. Too many products and bank want each to push without proper training and segregated departments. They just want buisness any how. And culture is going downwards way only.

The company is moving with current culture and always adopts the new challenges.products are good and also organization is good for people.

Compensation is decent. Also no on board training for frshres hence senior employee like me teach step to step and which is painful sometime in terms of own work balance.

Leads will be provided by Branch but at Hyd there is a big ambiguity as Branch have lesser targets for Lending due to Merger and You will not be removed immediately dats the beauty u can continue working but meanwhile u can clear ur Hk Items to be in line . They will remove u just like that. No hire n fire system.

... man army which is wrong. U hav to beg every guy for your work to be completed . Salary satisfaction is minimum.

Politics faces always a front ground staff always threatening to staff for transfer, rating and many more. If we say any suggestions or openion to seniors then they always write a mail that you have descipline issue you have attitude at work place and many more. If I say there are lots of problem and politics which junior and front staff face in all the branches by branch manager and cluster head. I get terminated on dec 4 2023 just because of politics by branch manager and cluster head. No complaint by customer no forgery done by me just branch manager complaint for me that I have signed a FD request form on behalf of customer. But there is no complaint by customer or any other person then also I get terminated and 2 month passed away I didn't get my relieving letter. Just tell me how I do work and how I survive my family . I have only on option and the option is suicide because If I didn't get reliving letter then I didn't get a job in any bank. So I need justice if you really think that then please give me a justice.

No increment in salary can you image 4%increment on your salary and you worked like a dog while year.. seniors treat you like there servant , no respect for employees.. it’s an horrible experience, no time for your own life.
