Work balance is there but no life. Extended hours of working even when you are not supposed to stay. Hr just a pacifier rather than problem solving or solution provided If you are single it will be a best place because you have no time to concentrate on the family

We are compensated for every product we brought in to the bank.Very excellent incentive bonus and commendable increment as to the position we occupy in the bank.Promotion to the next cadre according to your performance very strictly.

...osses are really good and they support you and understand you and your hardwork. So if your understanding with your boss is good even with a low package then stay with him for at least 2 years.

Dislikes

HR manager has no power, whistle blower policy will ruin your career because people will come to know about you. Some bosses will play with your career. And some bosses will even harass you for forceful resignation. If you are on notice period, avoid email outside of organisation.
