Some bosses are really good and they support you and understand you and your hardwork. So if your understanding with your boss is good even with a low package then stay with him for at least 2 years.

Dislikes

HR manager has no power, whistle blower policy will ruin your career because people will come to know about you. Some bosses will play with your career. And some bosses will even harass you for forceful resignation. If you are on notice period, avoid email outside of organisation.

Product, customer trust on bank and it's help you to work in bank , office collogue help for you work time , internal job switch option available and job security only on your performance.

As per work not provide the salary and time to time change the product and sales targets , with out intimation and taken consent the role and work , promotion not depends on you it's totally depends on the supervisor and higher supervisor if they want to give you pramotion for not.
