...ng a leave when you are sick also feels like you have committed a serious crime. No hike even after working for almost 10 hrs a day for 4 years. Terrible process and sales pressure. Your mental health goes for a toss working here.

... known to everyone .. He was supported by his immediate bosses and was spared... I left Hdfc and joined non banking sector on better package... In heart of hearts it is always there that I was not handled in proper way. They have spared a wrong person who has only defamed the name of this prestigious organisation in this part of the world called kashmir..

It was privilege to work in delhi. My branch staff my immediate supervisor all wer very good. They supported me a lot if my wife would have not been ill I was thinking to shift my entire family to delhi and I was nature to get retire from this location and this bank only .......

No work life balance,,, too much of work pressure especially for Life insurance... I feel like I am stuck here, can't move out now... management don't even care... We worked during COVID...all days without any leave .. didn't even got any benifits... Worst management... All just like pressurize employees & get business thats all... No one cares about your helath or about you.... Just TARGET TARGET TARGET...

Work pressure, no work life balance... No work culture...no growth...no proper compensation or hike even for good work or completing all targets.

They will not give justifing salary package for bottom level employees no quality support for salary related they always try to avoid employees when we ask also justifing answer we will not get I have 4 year experience in classic pb sales roles till now no promotion I am performing well also my salary correction not happen properly only max 2k they will increase annualy not getting valuable support for salary correction .for your information any fresher also get more 38k for sales role in bank my salary is lowest. only 23 k really they will not giving justice or proper pakage for bottom level employees extremely unhappy in salary related like that bottom level so many colegus facing issue salary wise poor support

During Appraisal. We hardly get 4.5% hike in the current salary which is not sufficient to meet my current expenses and survive in this competitive world. Atleast it should be increased to 7 to 8 % to meet atleast the the inflation rate.
