Compensation to responsibility is very poor Salary hike is a myth Can't use hdfc account or credit cards without getting audit for simplest of transactions There's no training activity or skill development programmes; you'll be given n role and they expect you to magically handle it.

... able to finish ur work. Sales pressure is too much. End up losing mental peace. Salary of 2 employees at same level differs a lot. Appraisal hike is equal to peanuts compared to the work

**Training on each service or product initiatives. **50-60% business comes because of brand value. ** Unlike poor % salary hikes, bonus amount is better. **Employee Recruitment Bonus(bonus will get apply on only RM,BM,Auth,Bsm,Ch,ZH roles).

*Multiple Concalls and reviews. *Micro monitoring on internal data(mostly useless) contactibility. *Poor appraisal growth(Although bonus is better). *Far distanced branches for male employees. *HR team are close to useless. *Recruitment is always an issue...Hr expects we only need to send candidates.

Likes

Company is good. Good training provided at HDFC bank house branches. Very good for learning about this job role. Provides opportunity of reimbursement as well.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Shift usually got over at 10PM. No overtime pay. Targets are unrealistic. Promotion is given based on target achievement hence it is a luck based slow process. Senior management is unsympathetic to junior designations.
