Atleast my branch had good culture i don't know about other branches. Team leader branch manager of my branch is also good.

Salary is very less and biasness in the same.. Appraisal post promotion procedure is also very lower standard and old type Appraisal rate is also too much low. Branch operations staff need to do achieve 50% target of sales also and they dont get equivalent incentives like sales team. Pressure for sales is always high, high very high. I will suggest never join such firm. They are providing less salary and negotiate in that and provides less salary than their last job. very disappointed ☹️ l

... able to finish ur work. Sales pressure is too much. End up losing mental peace. Salary of 2 employees at same level differs a lot. Appraisal hike is equal to peanuts compared to the work

...for sales and achieve Target in all products like casa Li Hi HL Mutual Fund etc. I'm working as teller but pressure like sales office and salary is 23000 only ..no any incentive.do operation work in branch and as well do sales both in same salary .is it justify our job role and salary ?? We are only educated labour now in a days.no respect no personal life we are living just in stressful life in this generation. Please do your own business

Hdfc bank like one thing when we say to the customer that we are from hdfc then he listens to the name and respect it

Salary is increasing in all the company new staff are coming you are increasing their salary and the salary of the old ones is not increasing.the cluster manager of the department who do politics pick up boys from their old place with more salary and bring them to the Branch who do not have any knowledge of our software and take a salary 50000 and the old people are from four to five years old doing job in 15000
