...il of the customer and in Delhi one HR is very bad he always like a Dictator Mr.Siddharth Talwakar always give only one word to the employee I hold your salary this type of working culture and one thing company didn't get any feedback to the employee may be junior employee is right. I believe some one said that boss is always write in this case Mr.Siddharth but I give lot of thanks to all members of HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD Family I always respect and I quit the job of HDB searching new job.

NEED A PROPER TEAM FOR COLLECTION AND RELPL TELE-CALLING CAN BE SPARED FROM CD DPL OFFICERS. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
