Difficult setuation like covid lockdowns all the employees got full salary paid without deduction. And job is secured in the tuff time.

Management is not up to the mark. There is no personal time for family even on sunday's. As per HR 1&2 saturday and all sunday of the month is holiday. But employee will not get anything. 365 days monthly wages job here.

Job secured for a standard term with lesser business. Overall maximum loans disbursement after login with minimum documentation and -cibil also.

NEED A PROPER TEAM FOR COLLECTION AND RELPL TELE-CALLING CAN BE SPARED FROM CD DPL OFFICERS. Incentive cuting,i did’t received my onam period incentive even after one month.this is a quite bad thing i felt in the company .i am totally disappointed.i worked so hard in those days for the company.it really sad.

Lot of things Pls remove sales part from HDB it's credit oriented group where only making fun on the basis of sales performance throw hold files without knowing facts in this group sales person are fool only credit is good If credit is good then why set higher target for sales team
