...pointed..with this companies rules abd regulations Ism working here since 2017 My basic salary is still below 17k In hand is only 12k Company is not providing us with any growth opportunities..not even promotions are offered to us As such am a backend staff .. I have never ever given an opportunity..to be promoted to next post/position...even after giving my whole soul to this company...still my salary is only for my bread and butter... Am very very much disappointed with this company..in terms of growth and compensations Thank you

I like atmosphere and security In hdfc bank. As I am working off roll in hdfc Sr operation executive. But trying for on roll. Want to know how I will try for on roll.

As we working off roll salary growth is very low in HDB/HBL finance most off the time we are not getting proper leave on holidays. Salary growth rate should be 10 to 15% for off roll employees.

Good company. Satisfied with the company culture, environment, working hours and the support of the seniors also.

Not much growth as i see myself self after some years. Not satisfied with the salary and career growth.

i work in the experience for 2-3 year's but the salary was very low in the period of time..... In case i work in some other company they gave me expected salary....

HDB give us a opportunity to job and give us avarage salary pakage to make our life style good. And also Insentive structure is very good.

Dislikes

Their are lots of things I dislike of this company. They hold salary if you didn't achive your target. After 6 months your salary cutoff upto RS. 1000 which one is terrible. The work culture and pressure also not acceptable. And lots of things are very poor of this company.
