...ng I liked is the 1 year 4 months experience certificate I'll get after I leave. Plus full salary they gave in the march lockdown without any productivity.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Salary is too low for the amount of products we have to sell . Incentive is too low for each product . Pressure is too high even in this lockdown they need 100% business. Pressure from seniors for salary hold . Marking Absent even after being present . I just hate this environment.

HDB give us a opportunity to job and give us avarage salary pakage to make our life style good. And also Insentive structure is very good.

Dislikes

Their are lots of things I dislike of this company. They hold salary if you didn't achive your target. After 6 months your salary cutoff upto RS. 1000 which one is terrible. The work culture and pressure also not acceptable. And lots of things are very poor of this company.

I was working in third party pay roll in Hdfc bank Ltd hdfc bank work culture was good but as third party staff promotion or bonus and increment was not good.

Dislikes

Salary was very lower and incremental, bonus or promotion is not sure and not confirmed yet.
