There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address aur issues. Salry is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

NEED A PROPER TEAM FOR COLLECTION AND RELPL TELE-CALLING CAN BE SPARED FROM CD DPL OFFICERS. Incentive cuting,i did’t received my onam period incentive even after one month.this is a quite bad thing i felt in the company .i am totally disappointed.i worked so hard in those days for the company.it really sad.
