Teammates & supervisors were vry supportive, moreover, there were timely training sessions held by TQMs to enhance the role & skills of each & every individual & to guide them in serving their best to the organisation

Dislikes

higher management wasnt supportive, complaints were not being listened or solved on time, low salary package, poor system & no innovations, were not being paid to work on a non-working day & over-time, strict working hours, not being allowed for any break, work & personal life highly impacted

Compensation was good but yes growth is slow.work pressure is also ok.Yes sometimes ,i have to work for 10-11hours sraight in a day .Manager was suppotive .
