Get salary on time HR and higher authorities are good! Some TL's are very bad they do partiality on data stamping but another hand some are too good now depends on luck under whome we will handover.

Some TL's are very disappointing. They do partiality in data stamping to Telle callers due this TC's don't get their full ar desering incentive.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Everything rather than job security, heavy workload, so low amount of salary, and obviously the behaviour of managers, my experience is not that good here, need improvement in each and every section of the company.. even they are rating appraisal on average not in the basis of performance, need to check

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...ets and expectations. No proper alignment or policy of increment and promotions. They provide you way less compensation and expects to work all the days of month starting at 7 in the morning and ending at 10-11 at night (during the last days of month at times employee walks out of company at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning).
