there is a lot of politics & a very slow career growth as they are offering very much low basic salary and yearly appraisals but yes they giving good incentives per month but they are not offering designation growth

Good process knowledge regarding the credit card. Product knowledge of loans against the credit card

...ture, having such a good will still the company makes the employees suffer alot. Irregular changes in the job rules on daily basis, non coordination behaviour of superiors, high job pressure with low salary that too doesn't get credit fully.

Lot of things Pls remove sales part from HDB it's credit oriented group where only making fun on the basis of sales performance throw hold files without knowing facts in this group sales person are fool only credit is good If credit is good then why set higher target for sales team

People are very rude .they will torture you until you left the company and manager are very unethical they don't know how to talk to their employees.
