Lot of things Pls remove sales part from HDB it's credit oriented group where only making fun on the basis of sales performance throw hold files without knowing facts in this group sales person are fool only credit is good If credit is good then why set higher target for sales team

...ets and expectations. No proper alignment or policy of increment and promotions. They provide you way less compensation and expects to work all the days of month starting at 7 in the morning and ending at 10-11 at night (during the last days of month at times employee walks out of company at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning).

Salary is very Low 10k need minimum hike to everyone in every year.. atleast based on vintage.. many of the poor executives are sufering with this lo salary . Also tax is getting deducted very high incentives and salary should be credited individually

Working experience in HDB family was very good, Minimum pressure, great senior staff, got to learn much more during work from them, I never seen such a friendly environment in other financial organisations...

I don't know what happened but Committed net salary during interview had not been given to me...

Very bad impression of higher officers and politics to internal and personal ventures of employees un informed salary holding..much more work but salary little bit etc...
