3 months of notice period for lower level positions also. Increment is not so good it feel like we recieved chanda. Not a good option for future growths

I like doing everyone and every work in my work area... Just i want to increase my salary and grade promotion..because my father is not working still.. expense depend on my salary.so please increase my salary and grade promotion.

I like my teammates and my manager supporting .so i also like re hire policy here.

Compensation is decent , growth also ok work pressure is not here. But I have to work 10-12 hours stright in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Work life balance very bad,salary is lowest, mentality is rigid,to much manual work, companies policy is not at all on single road,always fear to work specially in operations department
