Internal operations team have didn't get high salary hike, those are getting only like 500 , 600 yearly appraisal. There is no growth in non sales.

Not getting increment in 3 year also not getting any bonus in 3 years . In this organisation operations teams not get any compliments of work . Every operation employee feel bad in this organisation.

It's good company but employee future not secure.salary growth is slow. Work load is too high.work environment is good. I started my job July 2015 that salary is 9000 & now salary is only 12000. It's good for start-up.i want to switch my job because of salary issue.

There Caller should wait 5 to 6 yrs to get the promotion.salary package is very poor compared with market price.for TLs will never get promotion even work for a decades .4 Managers work there they think they are the center of the universe don't allow TLS to stand up for their decision. Worst management follows only the managers words.worst office politics.manager insult the TLs for they tell their point of view openly .managers need all there TLs to be puppet for them. totally useless company.
