It's good company but employee future not secure.salary growth is slow. Work load is too high.work environment is good. I started my job July 2015 that salary is 9000 & now salary is only 12000. It's good for start-up.i want to switch my job because of salary issue.

Work Details

My work is CRM updation,& login file, document check for file login to sanction & mail access, cordinate with SM & Executive. Making daily MIS- login disbursement & sanction.

Strucked due to the VPN.. continuously with 11hrs.. I'm operation team is working with the over time..
