...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Very bad experience working in hdb finance services

...r employees they get lots of target in a day and even no, bonus, no insensitive even 300₹ cut in my salary and also as per Central government guidelines below 15k salary they should Provident Fund but but also cut PPF

Job Security is the only plus point in the company. The company is good for freshers and people with high experience

Dislikes

Salary increments are very low, promotions there are in many cases biased and low in numbers. Work satisfaction is on below average level due to unrealistic incentive slab make earning good money very difficult. If you are 2-3 yrs of experience person don't come here. Just people being a fresher or a 8yrs+ experience people are valued then also freshers are also get their valued getting less after their 1st increment (1-1.5yrs) after joining the company

Company policy not maintain tenure employee/tenure employee some people handling 0%/monthly one Saturday week for Team manager above/ promotion only tenure employee recommendation/
