Nothing to like, complete jail harrassment is Adfc

Salary remains same no hike, working hours more than 10hrs, target not achieved then you are fired, no promotion complete harrassment u can't go toilet also without permission.... Useless management and HR policy lot of complaints given by Adfc staff but no positive reply some adfc employees raised police complaint but then too no positive response for Adfc staff..... I suggest not to join Adfc your life will be miserable..... They will give you mental and physical torcher, u will have leave but managed will not give you a single leave in a year if suppose you are sick than they will try you to work on holiday to compensate if you are not agreed then your salary will be deducted......

There Caller should wait 5 to 6 yrs to get the promotion.salary package is very poor compared with market price.for TLs will never get promotion even work for a decades .4 Managers work there they think they are the center of the universe don't allow TLS to stand up for their decision. Worst management follows only the managers words.worst office politics.manager insult the TLs for they tell their point of view openly .managers need all there TLs to be puppet for them. totally useless company.

Work life balance very bad,salary is lowest, mentality is rigid,to much manual work, companies policy is not at all on single road,always fear to work specially in operations department

Salary is waste waste and promotions also waste. If anyone join this first of all think u r a animal. Salary and respect both are waste. So, I recommend to anyone no need to join this company
