Our branch manager and our sells manager any time cooperate with me.I got training from our sells manager and also customer handing capability from her.operation manager always help me at disbrusment moment.

Does not increment our salary and career growth is slow. last six month i am not getting incentive and without lending other product sold by company like insurance and gold loan.

Job Security is the only plus point in the company. The company is good for freshers and people with high experience

Dislikes

Salary increments are very low, promotions there are in many cases biased and low in numbers. Work satisfaction is on below average level due to unrealistic incentive slab make earning good money very difficult. If you are 2-3 yrs of experience person don't come here. Just people being a fresher or a 8yrs+ experience people are valued then also freshers are also get their valued getting less after their 1st increment (1-1.5yrs) after joining the company

Company policy not maintain tenure employee/tenure employee some people handling 0%/monthly one Saturday week for Team manager above/ promotion only tenure employee recommendation/
