... seen, if you not able to provide project means why you recurring more propel. I'm family man and my familytotallydependsmy salary only, I hope your company capable provide only 2 years jobs secure, you mentioned that in your offer letter itself. If you not able to handling people then why hiring more resources. I know this is not use here I mentioned all this. Please 🙏 don't do this other employee, all of them believe and trust working your organization but ourlife is playing your organization.

... how ever your work good in client. 3.Yearly hike will be min - 1% to max -5% 4.variable pay if you get rating of 8.9 out of 10 quarterly pay out will be 60%. 5.Dewali they never give any gifts or any sweets to employees. 6. They never supports the employee.

They Don't follow their own policies. Ex: Apprisal Year is April to March, Compensation hike as per policy will be in July, but the letter will be released in October. So they manage 2 quarter's.

I could see in most cases HCL is generally hiring resources who are serving notice period

Appraisal process is very bad. There is no standardisation of salary as per band, someone is getting 8 lacs on a position and another one is getting 18 lacs on the same position. Trainings are available, but managers ask to do work during the training, so can’t get proper knowledge.

Dislikes

Appraisal & promotion process. Delivery team Mafia. Not providing/crediting appraised amount from April like every other company. Worst mid-senior management. Very commercial in providing health care to the employees. The good campuses and good health care units and good administration is only in couple of locations, rest is worst.
