Poor salary No appreciation Ratings are not given to our efforts, it fully depends managers wish. Madurai campus policies worst of all when compared to other locations.

1. No learning or skill development 2. No salary or benefits, only giving 3 to 5 % of hike. 3. Zero percent job security ( HR and manager were forced me quit the job). 4. No promotion and more politics. Only some people on the circle will get all.

Salary is very low for freshers as well well experienced candidates. Very worst because we are working only for th salary and career growth. No benefits for the employees like no cabs, no transport, no Gymnasium, no team outings if we are in support projects, no benefits at all.

Nothing much but it gives salary on time that's the only good part of it and has events regularly celebrated.

Many: 1. Work life balance is nill. They treat employees as slave and make you work for almost 14-15 hrs per day 2. The way they treat employees is pathetic - if you are facing any problem there will be no one to hear you or stand by you. All are teamed up at the end 3. There is no career growth at all. You'll see employees who just get around 1 lakh or even less even after working for 10 -15 yrs. For So

Work life balance is good. They won't keep you ideal. They keep giving you training and upgrade even in bench.

Dislikes

...self for a long time we were in bench, due to which less career growth happened. Salary is less. No proper appraisal cycle and appraisal is also less. Job security was there earlier now when u stay in bench for 1 month you should have HR call fear then.
