HCL is my first organization which opens a door to step in to IT environment. HCL is a place where we have a secure job than other organization. And it provides a good work culture environment and there will be career growth based on our own interest and efforts we used to spend in learning new skills as well as technologies. It has a good management as well as company policies with some benefits. Overall good place to work.

Dislikes

In salary point of view it could be appreciate if they provide the same salary structure comparing to tier-1 city basis.

HCLTECH is a good company to work with. The work-life balance is good, but it depends on the project/account. The work atmosphere is good.

we work really hard in project but the salary we are getting as junior's salary. I am not at happy with my hikes even though I got exceptional performance

Work life balance you will get but on the other hand salary, employee benefits, appraisals are not even ok ok. Whatever you are getting at the time of hiring just keep it that amount . Don't expect

...ortunity, if you need growth and future plans never join this mediocre company..I even know all this but tempted for the package.. please never join if you want growth.
