Cctc - 27.4 (21.6 fixed + 5.8 variable) Yoe - 10.7 years Tech stack: .Net full stack + Azure PaaS Cognizant offered around 42% hike on fixed component and gave 32LPA (30.5 fixed + 1.5 variable) Got selected for HCL Tech (Henkel client) and LTIMindtree and expecting offers/HR discussion soon. Question is how much "Fixed component" should I ask them? Thanks in advance

Health insurance options are good but you need to pay from your pocket.

Dislikes

HCL policy is not employee friendly compared to other foreign MNCs. Also perks and benefits are there for mere showing off. Client centric company. No overtime and no canteen facility at quadra.

...he client location. 3. Probation policy is different for different employees. 4. 8% Deduction in the the salary in term of variable pay. But you will not get it return even if your performance is good.

...y members, caste, favouritism for Managers, Business Department Unit heads, etc. No regulated salary packages. example: new Joinee (either IT or Non-IT) receives more than 5-7LPA, but experienced person (Non-IT) receives less than 7 LPA even the employee was loyal to the team & organisation.

...n client location and close the contract in short notice once everything is set. Never allow to be a FT employee to their clients Deduce the variable pay and put huge amount in variable pay, something around 16 to 17 percentage.
