Work culture, corporate politics, no leaves or holidays are given, have to stretch no option, no on the job training at all, no cafeteria not even a place to sit and have tiffin have to go to illegal place nearby for food which is a smoking place so passive smoking happens all the time, HR is in her own word doesn't resolve issues, no hygiene in toilets at all government road side toilets are better than hcl toilets, 3 am is my log out time i get cab at around 4 am

Nothing in particular. Honestly I have never worked with such org whose company moto of employees first is actually the other way round.

...eir subordinates or agents. All managers are puppets to their executive leaders. No hikes or minimum hikes which we are ashamed of even sharing with our family members. No promotions or if promoted absolutely no hike for getting promoted. They say Promotion is not linked with annual increase. This Company is a joke. They change annexure terms or policies every year so the minimum hikes you get at the end does not reflect any change in your take home. Infact we see decrease in our take home year on year. Wish I could write more. Please think 100 times before joining.

...crements percentage and there is no month decide for increment letter releasing. Salary package very low not good .

...ry low increment delay almost 1 year, No opportunity for growth after promotion. They always try to cut salary in terms of cost cutting as per variable policy and quarterly rating criteria 😅 Paid Cab facility 3 month notice period
